§1 Subject of the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the 7Sealswhisky.de online shop.

§2 Conclusion of the contract
By clicking the order button, the user makes a binding declaration to the provider that he wishes to purchase the contents of the shopping basket. The contract is concluded by declaration of the provider after sending the order. The declaration is sent to the user immediately after the order has been placed. The provider's declaration shall be deemed invalid in abeyance for as long as any statutory verification obligations (e.g. age verification prior to dispatch) continue to apply. If the data provided by the user is not confirmed, the declaration is generally invalid and no contract is concluded.

§3 Duty to inform
If the customer's data change, in particular address, name, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, the user is obliged to inform the online shop immediately of these changes, insofar as they are relevant for the order processing. 2.
If the user provides insufficient or incorrect data, the provider is released from any responsibility for damages or delays caused by the user's failure to provide or the provision of incorrect personal data. In addition, if a contract has been concluded, the supplier may withdraw from the contract.

§4 Delivery of goods, provision of services
1) The order will be processed immediately after its receipt by the provider. The supplier shall hand over the goods, if available, to the delivery company at the latest on the second day in the period Mon.-Fri. (excl. public holidays) after conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment to our account, in the case of payment in advance. 2.
In the event of unavailability, a comparable or different quality will only be delivered at the express request of the user. 3.
3. delivery to young persons (Youth Protection Act) is excluded in any case. Compliance is ensured by an age verification system.

§5 Payment

§6 Shipping and delivery costs (deliveries within Germany)
The minimum value of goods for an order is 20,- Euro. For orders below 60,00 Euro we charge a flat rate for shipping and handling of 4,60 Euro. Orders with a value of 60.00 Euro or more will be delivered free of charge within the Federal Republic of Germany with carriers of our choice.

§6.1 Shipping and delivery costs (deliveries to countries of the European Union outside Germany)
We charge a flat rate of 9.80 Euro for shipping and handling for each order. 

§7 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§8 Labelling
All bottles have been filled and labelled in the country of origin according to country-specific legal requirements.

§9 Deviating delivery and payment conditions for shipping abroad
Shipping costs are calculated by our shop system on a country-specific basis and are indicated from the time of selecting the payment method. For details, please refer to the international shipping page. 2.
2. all payments have to be made without transfer costs for us. The total amount can be found in the confirmation e-mail.

§10 Tax exemption non EU countries
For deliveries to non-EU countries, or countries or regions of the EU which do not have a tax treaty with Germany at the time of the order, the goods will be shipped without German VAT. This applies to both private and business customers. Please note that the local VAT in the country of destination must still be paid, and that other costs may be incurred in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of destination.

§11 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes in connection with an online order without having to go to court. We will endeavour to resolve any disagreements amicably. Furthermore, we are not obliged to participate in any arbitration proceedings and unfortunately cannot offer you participation in such proceedings.

§12 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer
The General Terms and Conditions of the provider apply exclusively.

§13 Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction, insofar as the buyer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, is 66111 Saarbrücken.
